The UNESCO World Forum on « Culture and Food: Innovative Strategies for Sustainable Development » will take place in Parma, on Septembre 12 and 13.

In the month of May 2018, the Italian Delegation at UNESCO organized an event entitled  «Food Culture : Social Inclusion, Sustainable Development and Cultural Identity » in order to foster reflection on food as an expression of peoples’ and nations’ cultural identity, as well as  a key element for sustainable development and social cohesion.
