On November 27th at 7:00 PM, the Permanent Delegation of Italy to UNESCO and the City of Cremona are organizing “Avant tout, l’opéra!”, a baroque opera concert featuring soloists from the Monteverdi Festival.
This event, hosted at the prestigious Maison de l’UNESCO, pays tribute to Claudio Monteverdi, the father of Italian opera, and celebrates the practice of opera singing in Italy and the traditional violin craftmanship in Cremona, both recognized as part of UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage List.
