A heartfelt success for the event dedicated to the traditional savoir-faire of Neapolitan pizzaiuolis, which was organized at UNESCO’s Headquarters by UniVerde Foundation, Coldiretti, Associazione Pizzaiouli Napoletani, under the patronage of the Italian Ministry of Agriculture.
Deeply rooted in Italy’s gastronomy, the art of pizza-making dates back to the 17th century. Traditional knowledge is handed down from one generation to the other in order to provide one of the most known and beloved Italian specialties.
