Organized by the <strong>Palatine Association<\/strong> in collaboration with the <strong>Promoting Committee for the Candidature of Roma Expo 2030 <\/strong>and<strong> the Italian Permanent Delegation at UNESCO and BIE<\/strong>, the event was centered around the candidature of Rome to host the 2030 Universal Exposition<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The consolidated link between Rome and Paris was celebrated in the best possible way as the <em>Nouvelle Vague<\/em> festival, the twin event of <em>Dolcevita-sur-Seine<\/em>, was running at the same time in Rome, at the <em>Casa del cinema <\/em>located in Villa Borghese.<\/p>\n<p>The Parisian public was enchanted by Italian singer Tosca performing \u201cRomana\u201d, followed by the interventions in support of Rome\u2019s candidature by Ambassador Liborio Stellino, Italian Permanent Delegate at UNESCO and BIE, and Italy\u2019s Consul General in France, Irene Castagnoli, and the Parisian Councilor for International Affairs, Arnaud Ngatcha.
